This loan product is intended to aid customers in refinancing the purchase consideration of residential property that has already been purchased or acquired by them. In case of a completed residential property, customers can apply for this loan product within 12 months of the acquisition of the property. In case of a residential property that is under construction, customers can apply for this loan product within 12 months of their loan applications for financing the acquisition of the property. Customers can apply for a maximum loan of ?0.99 million, with a tenure extending up to 20 years.
